PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an expiration test reagent which is safe for human bodies, shortens a time from the administration of the expiration test reagent to the collection of exhaled air, and can clearly discriminate a patient having a liver disease and a healthy person, to provide an expiration test reagent kit, and to provide an expiration test method. PSOLUTION: The expiration test reagent is characterized by containing tyrosine whose 1-carbon atom is labeled withSP13/SPC. The expiration test reagent kit is characterized by at least containing the expiration test reagent containing tyrosine whose 1-carbon atom is labeled withSP13/SPC and an expiration test reagent at least containing phenylalanime whose 1-carbon atom is labeled withSP13/SPC.
