PSOLUTION: The method for raising seedling of blueberry comprises the step S1 of subjecting axillary buds to sterile culture in a 1st plant growth regulator-added medium in a vessel inside a culture chamber to induce multibud forms, the step S2 of dividedly transplanting the multibud forms into a 2nd plant growth regulator-added medium in a vessel under sterile conditions inside the culture chamber to repeat their proliferation, the step S3 of transplanting the proliferated multibud forms into a plain medium in a vessel under sterile conditions inside the culture chamber to induce the extension of the buds, the step S4 of dividing the extended culture shoots 2 and subjecting them to cuttage in a cell tray 4 filled with culture soil in a closed case 3 inside the culture chamber to induce their rooting under nonsterile conditions, the step S5 of carrying out a 1st stage acclimatization in the ambience under nonsterile conditions inside the culture chamber after rooting, and the step S6 of carrying out a 2nd stage acclimatization to the outside air ambience and sunlight inside a greenhouse after the 1st stage acclimatization.
