PURPOSE: To enable injection compression molding in a toggle injection molding machine for general use without applying a change in a mechanism at all to the toggle injection molding machine. ;CONSTITUTION: After a movable side mold 9 is moved forward up to a position where a forward movement is stopped spontaneously by a low pressure mold clamping process, a movable die plate 7 is moved forward by high pressure by a high pressure mold clamping process up to a mold clamping completion position where a movable side mold 9 is pressed against the stationary side mold 8 by fixed mold clamping pressure at detected timing wherein a movable die plate 7 is moved backward along with the movable side mold 9 by pressure of the molten resin filled into the mold by injecting and filling the molten resin into the mold.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
