BATHING MAT EXCELLENT IN WATER PERMEABILITY AND DRAINAGE PROPERTIES AND BATHING STABILIZING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing mat having good user's convenience suitable for permitting a carereceiver (physically handicapped person, a bedridden old man or the like), a newborn, an infant or the like to take a bath, especially a bathing mat suitably used for bathing using a bathing apparatus unfitted to the body.;SOLUTION: The bathing mat comprises a three-dimensional reticulated structure of which the voids are not less than 80% and has excellent water permeability and drainage properties. The 75% compression hardness of the three-dimensional reticulated structure is preferably 50-200 kg. Further, a bathing stabilizing method using the bathing mat is also disclosed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
