PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the number of parts is large and the number of connector connection parts becomes large and deteriorate connection reliability because a relay harness and a connector are required for drawing an internal harness of an automatic transmission to the outside, and that development manhours are increased.;SOLUTION: An external connector and an internal connector directed to opposite directions each other are integrated with a circuit package, and are fixed inside and outside the cover under a condition that one of the connectors is protruded from an opening formed to a cover of the automatic transmission to the inside and the outside. Therefore, an intermediate harness and a connector attached to the cover of the automatic transmission are not required, to reduce the number of the parts.
