PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag that stores the contents such as extra service items or the like to be attached to goods and is capable of being safely and accurately attached with a nice outer appearance even when a package that contains the goods is a cylindrical can, glass bottle, plastic bottle or the like whose surface to be attached is curved.;SOLUTION: The bag for the extra service items 100 to be attached or the like is for example prepared in a three-way sealing form provided with a portion for housing the contents 5, a portion for attaching the bag to the goods 4 and a portion for perforations, for example, to be cut out 6, 6 and a portion to be cut across 7, 7 to be provided between the attachment portion 4 and the housing portion 5, so that the attachment portion 4 and the housing portion 5 are joined with a connection 8 of a narrow width.
