PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curtail the manhour for inspection by a method wherein another reference gas concentration detector already calibrated is carried to perform a measurement at a product gas outlet and a resulting value is inputted as a concentration value necessary for calibration to simplify calibration work. ;SOLUTION: A concentration of oxygen detecting part 1 takes out a current value proportional to the concentration of a gas to be measured inputted to amplify 2 and the results are converted 3 into digital from analog to be taken into a control section 5. The value taken in is converted to an oxygen concentration value by a current- concentration conversion means 7 corresponding to the current value. On the other hand, a gas to be measured inputted by the concentration detecting section 1 is applied to a reference gas concentration detector 9 and an input means 8 inputs the concentration of the gas to be measured detected 9 while outputting an input signal to the effect that this value is a calibration value. The control section 5 recognizes this signal and alters a conversion reference of the conversion means 7 by a concentration value inputted 8.
