PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for producing an advertising signboard plate (6) based on back print molding by a method in which after a rubber plate (2) is laid on a molding mold (3) to overlap each other, and printing is applied to the surface elongated by vacuum force, it is restored, as a result, a printed block copy manuscript (5) is copied from the contracted print, and screen plate making and printing on a plastic plate are done for thermoforming.;SOLUTION: The rubber plate (2) in which lattice-shaped squares (1) are carved in advance is vacuum-adhered to the molding mold (3) on a vacuum forming machine to be molded. After necessary rule-writing picture lines (9) are printed on the surface, a vacuum load is eliminated, and the printed block copy manuscript (5) is obtained by a method for contracting/restoring the rubber plate (2) by demolding. From the manuscript, plate-making for screen process printing and plastic printing are done, and the advertising signboard plate (6) is produced by a back print molding method by thermoforming.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
