APPLICATION PROGRAM INTERFACE FOR SEMANTICALLY LABELING STRING AND REALIZING OPERATION ON BASIS OF SEMANTICALLY LABELED STRING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application program interface (API) for labeling a string during the preparation of a document by a user, and selecting the presenting the operation performable by the user on the basis of the type of the semantical label on the string. SOLUTION: A specific string is recognized in an electronic document by one or a plurality of recognizer plug-in devices. The recognizer plug-in device my be packaged with an application program module, or may be written by a third person to recognize the specific string. One or a plurality of operation plug-in devices provide the operation capable of being presented to the user on the basis of the type label relating to the recognized string.
