PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement system capable of permitting the immediate payment even by a house card.;SOLUTION: The house card 14 is inserted into an online terminal 13 in payout, and instructs the immediate payment to the terminal by manual inputting. The payment is manually inputted to the terminal.
