PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM communication apparatus for realizing phase correction processing which has high accuracy and does not gradually lose accuracy, without increasing the scale of hardware. PSOLUTION: An Arctan calculation vector phase rotator 104 calculates the phase of a vector signal. A phase correction information estimator 105 determines an estimated multipath-fading deviation value, on the basis of the phase of a vector in a symbol for phase error difference estimation, and determines an estimated phase deviation value due to a factor other than that on the basis of a vector in a pilot signal. An adder 106 adds these two estimated phase deviation values and outputs it as a total phase correction value. The rotator 104 rotates the phase of a vector to be demodulated, on the basis of the total phase correction value to execute phase correction processing. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
