PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application distributing system, an application distributing method, and an application distributing program capable of forming and distributing the optimal application according to performance and an operational environment of an information apparatus when there is a distribution request of the application from the information apparatus.;SOLUTION: The application is distributed to a cellular phone 12 from a server 11. The server 11 has a first information acquiring part 13 for acquiring model number information on the cellular phone 12 in response to a distribution request signal from the cellular phone 12, a database 17 for storing a program source being a source of capacity information and the distributing application with every model number of the cellular phone 12, a second information acquiring part 14 for acquiring an optimal program source from the database 17 on the basis of the capacity information corresponding to a model number, a forming part 15 for compiling the program source obtained by the second information acquiring part 14, and a transmitting receiving part 16 for distributing the formed application.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
