PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system not requiring the difficulty of finding out an official site such as a specified association and organization, capable of immediately reading an applicable site on the map of the association and organization, and capable of providing the same convenience to all terminals of users in the Internet without assembling a specific program in the terminals.;SOLUTION: A storage means stores pre-registered keyword information and URL information on a linked site corresponding to the keyword information. An acquiring means acquires the HTML information file of a target server based on an HTTP request from a user terminal. A linkage processing means retrieves the keyword information on the storage means from the acquired HTML file. When the applicable keyword is present, the corresponding URL information and keyword information are written in the applicable keyword portions together with a tag for performing linkage.
