PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize consumed power levelling night and day by storing night- time power and discharging the stored power at the peak in the daytime.;SOLUTION: A charger is installed to store power sufficient to support in the daytime use, by using the night time power, and the stored power is synchronized with public power through an inverter, or when a certain level of power consumption or over is detected, the stored power is discharged to lower the peak thereby levelling power consumption.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
