PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding device for releasing static electricity used for a portable service machine and the like capable of surely avoiding a grounding member from being disconnected by trampling, securing sufficient destaticizing effect.;SOLUTION: The grounding device comprises a grounding member (40) made of chain or wire connected to and hung down from a specified part (21) of the portable service machine (10), and a spring member (50) connected to and hung down from the neighborhood of the specified part (21). A lower end part (59) of the spring means (50) is connected to a middle part (47) of the grounding member (40) so as to form a loosened part (45) to the grounding member (40).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
