PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement measuring method for a radio telescope receiver accurately obtaining the displacement of a receiver due to posture variation of the telescope or the movement of the receiver in a short time.;SOLUTION: In the displacement measuring method for a receiver in the radio telescope driving a measurement reference plane 1, a receiver drive mechanism attached by a receiver stage 2 for attaching the receiver on the measurement reference plane 1 via a drive jack 4 is provided. With a two-dimensional sensor 16 attached on the measurement reference plane 1, the part to be measured provided to the receiver stage 2 is measured with non-contact and two-dimensional displacement of the receiver against the measurement reference plane 1 is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
