PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-factor network displaying system capable of displaying a relation between factors together with a condition in which factor states and a relation between factors exist. SOLUTION: A factor graphic is respectively allocated to a type of a biopolymer, a state of the biopolymer and a correlation between biopolymers, and marks 708 and 711 representing the state of each biopolymer and an arrow head 710 representing a correlation between two biopolymers are arranged between a pair of factor graphics 707 and 712 representing the two biopolymers. A condition where the correlation between the two biopolymers is found is displayed with a line 709 connecting the pair of factor graphics representing the two biopolymers.
