PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual power estimating method, an analog-digital conversion circuit, a charging controlling method, a battery pack, a semiconductor device, and a portable apparatus with a built-in battery pack, for accurately performing residual power estimation on secondary batteries and charging of secondary batteries while reducing costs. PSOLUTION: This battery pack 12 is equipped with a measuring circuit 20 for measuring the current values of charging/discharging currents, the voltage values of the secondary batteries 14a to 14c, and the temperatures of the batteries 14. The circuit 20 outputs the respective measured values of current, voltage, and temperature to a power supply microcomputer 21 provided on the portable apparatus 11.
