PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction retrieval system of an earthquake damage state classified by region capable of predicting automatically the earthquake damage state classified by region. PSOLUTION: This system is equipped with a characteristic area storage means for storing characteristic area information for showing area characteristics in each characteristic kind, a map information storage means for storing standard map information for showing facilities, the position or the like of a retrieval object region, a control means for calling one or more characteristic area information for showing the area characteristic of the retrieval object region from the characteristic area storage means, displaying them on the same screen discriminably by each characteristic area information, calling the standard map information of the retrieval object region from the map information storage means, and displaying it in piles on the characteristic area information on the screen, a display means for displaying the characteristic area information and the standard map information called by the control means on one screen, and a means for outputting the displayed information.
