PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material which is used for a corona-resistant enameled wire, has good stability and, when applied on a wire and baked, gives an enameled wire excellent in corona resistance, appearance and flexibility, and a corona-resistant enameled wire.;SOLUTION: This corona-resistant enameled wire is obtained by applying the coating material comprising a mixture of a polyamide-imide coating material, an alkoxysilane and water on the wire directly or with other coating film for the enameled wire lying between them, and baking the coating material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
