ELECTRONIC SHOP EVALUATION SYSTEM AND ELECTRONIC SHOP EVALUATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic shop evaluation system capable of efficiently planning and executing a measure for improvement or enhancement of an electronic shop.;SOLUTION: This system comprises a customer terminal 100 possessed by a customer; the member shop terminal 200 of the electronic shop which sells commodities; a questionnaire collecting terminal 300 for executing questionnaire to customers who purchase commodities from the electronic shop to form an evaluation report from the questionnaire result. The questionnaire collecting terminal 300 calculates questionnaire data for tabulation of the questionnaire result for the electronic shop to be evaluated and average data obtained by averaging the questionnaire results of electronic shops which sell commodities of the same series as the electronic shop to be evaluated to the comparative evaluation report of these data, and provides it to the operator of the electronic shop.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
