PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire information even in a place where any network is not present. PSOLUTION: A product information collecting system is constituted of a memory tag 2 attached to the desired place of a product for writing/reading information required for the product, a reader 6 for wirelessly communicating information with the memory tag 2, and a personal computer 4 for communicating information with the reader. The personal computer 4 is provided with an input part 10 for inputting desired information associated with the product, a storage part 8 for storing the information inputted by the input part 10 and the information read by the memory tag 2, and inputted through the reader 6, and an arithmetic part 9 for calculating desired data from the information of the storage part 8 by an arithmetic operation.
