PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize wood by manufacturing a board panel from lumber from thinning, a log material of small diameter wood, a surplus material of a framework member in an ordinary construction method and wood of a pillar and beam of a building waste material.;SOLUTION: A short log material obtained by cutting the lumber from thinning and the long material 1 of small diameter wood into a length of 1-1.2 m is ground in its length direction to obtain a trapezoidal wood board 3 which is, in turn, formed into a projected shape. A finger joint 5 is applied to the end surface in the length direction of the wood board 4 having the projected shape and the wood boards 4 having the projected shape are arranged in a planar state and joined at the parts of the finger joints 5 to form a board panel 6. The building waste material is treated in the same way to form the board panel 6 being the recycled board panel 6 again utilized as a product. This board panel 6 is used as a house member, that is, a surface material for a wall, a floor, a ceiling and a roof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
