PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of reducing temporal, economic and strategic load on a lender, a tenant, and new corporation and the problem wherein the existing shop lender searches for the next tenant early in the morning as a crisis management measure against default by reserving the existing shop and signboard through a generally spread personal computer.;SOLUTION: This shop, signboard and reservation negotiation right information providing system is characterized in that the information on the lender, the tenant of the existing shop and signboard, new shop, and development corporation is stored in association with the identification information by each district, and school such as primary school, junior high school and kindergarten in a server to which a customer gains access through a public circuit or the Internet network, and the shop and the signboard meeting the identification information in a range requested by an accessing person are reserved, whereby the problem of searching for the next tenant and the temporal, economic and strategic load can be reduced by providing the shop and signboard reservation negotiation right information (exclusive right to reservation negotiation right and priority reservation negotiation right information) to a contract in a notary's office or time proof company.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
