PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement with no play capable of being used as both an umbrella stand and a flower vase and its method while an umbrella stand and a flower vase, especially a conventional umbrella stand, have been not utilized and left unused except in rainy days.;SOLUTION: By setting a basin and a goldfish bowl on the upper parts of an umbrella stand and a flower basin, the implement is used as the flower vase, the basin, and the goldfish bowl in clear days regardless of the weather. In rainy days, the flower vase, the basin, and the goldfish bowl are removed, a main body is used as an umbrella stand. By separately placing the upper basin and the goldfish bowl on a table, in an vestibule, etc., it is possible to enjoy them as they are.
