PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing six-membered ring structure water by transforming the structure of molecules of water passing through a magnetically permeable pipe by a set of three magnets having polarities of N or S, so being repulsive to each other, and producing magnetic lines of force from three directions different from each other by 120 degrees.;SOLUTION: The magnets are composed of a set of three magnets, magnet 1, 2, and 3 shown in Fig. The respective magnet is at right angles with the stream of water provided that their polarities are the same and are N or S toward the center of a pipe. They are arranged at a deflection angle of 120 degrees. Molecules of water passing are forced to form a six-membered structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
