PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manager agent monitoring and control system capable of shortening the starting time, and capable of reducing the network load by restraining sending-out of unnecessary information to a network.;SOLUTION: When the communication connection between a manager device 11 and an agent device 2m is established, the agent device 2m stops the transmission of notice information for transmitting an event generated in oneself to the manager device 11, and successively stores the notice information as history information, and executes the state matching processing by successively acquiring the history information stored when recognizing the device constitution from the agent device 2m during the time when the manager device 11 is recognizing the H/W constitution of the agent device 2m.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
