PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare edit and store a schedule on an analog clock in a system for displaying the schedule around the minute scale on the analog clock, to display the character string of the schedule easy to read, and to start an external system at a scheduled time.;SOLUTION: In a GUI program for forming, editing and storing schedule data on the analog clock, the number of display characters in the schedule is limited to a value set by a user. The direction of the schedule character string from the outside of the analog clock to the center is normally and reversely changed according to the position of the minute scale. Schedule information is delivered to the external system as program argument to start the function of an external program.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
