PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search a desired image with high probability by generating cumulative feature point information including many feature point information even when a searched image has inferior quality.;SOLUTION: A cumulative feature point extracting means 120 performs image adjusting process with various process contents to the searched image 10 when a searched image 10 is inputted from a detection image inputting means 110 to generate a plurality of adjusted search images, extract feature point information 30-i (1≤i≤n) for every adjusted detection image, and generate the cumulative feature point information 40 by accumulating the feature point information 30-1 to 30-n of the respective adjusted search images.
