PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circulate contents even in such a state that the attributed subject of the copyrights thereof is not known.;SOLUTION: To make usable the contents for the other users, first the contents must be searched as to whether a person with the right thereof is unclear or not. A use right control device makes an access to contents databases to search whether or not they match all or a part of the contents held on a network (whether they are original or not), compares all contents held by these databases with uploaded contents to determine whether there are the same contents or not. When the person with the right of the contents is identified or appears later, the royalty for the contents held by the utilization control device is paid to the person with the right thereof as a compensation assured as the share of the person.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
