PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection program of an industrial robot which can measure the performance of a robot control program.;SOLUTION: This inspection program comprises a robot control program 12 capable of controlling the operation of a robot arm 4, an input signal generation program 7 capable of virtually giving the input including the input from at least an operation panel 2, an output signal generation program 8 capable of simulating the operational condition of the robot arm 4 based on the input from the robot control program 12 and a servo program to control a servo amplifier 3, and a measurement program 9 to measure the performance of the robot control program 12 based on the processing result in the robot control program 12, the input signal generation program 7, and the output signal generation program 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
