PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fatigue monitoring system for a person at home capable of highly precisely monitoring the fatigue state of the person at home. PSOLUTION: A terminal 2 of the person at home outputs a voice signal transmitted from a monitor-side terminal 3 in voice, detects the voice spoken by the person at home, and transmits it to the monitor-side terminal 3. The monitor-side terminal 3 transmits inquiry items to the person at home as the voice signals to the terminal 2 of the person at home, receives the voice signal transmitted from the terminal 2 of the person at home, compares it with the preset voice signal uttered by the person at home, and determines the fatigue degree of the person at home based on the comparison result.
