PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission destination list control method, a transmission destination list control system, a computer program, and a recording medium for preparing a transmission destination list such as a mailing list for dispatching a message to a trainee for receiving a lesson in a completion application accepting period unfixed in a lesson to be completed.;SOLUTION: An attendance state controlled by attendance control devices 30, 30, etc., arranged in respective schoolrooms, and using a server computer is recorded in a history recorder 10 using the server computer as a lesson attendance history. The attendance history recorded in the history recorder 10 is transmitted to a list control device 20 using the server computer for operating a mailing list system.
