PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide colored glass capable of being recycled without separating from uncolored glass, a method for producing the same and a method for recycling the same. ;SOLUTION: This colored glass comprises at least one kind of precious metal selected from the group of Au, Cu and Ag at an amount (for each precious metal when two or more precious metals are used simultaneously) of 0.002 to 0.07 pts.wt., in terms of simple substance of the precious metal, to 100 pts.wt. of total glass constituents, where absorbance at 1 mm thickness is 0.05 to 3 at 510 to 530 nm in case containing Au, 0.05 to 3 at 550 to 570 nm in case containing Cu and 0.05 to 3 at 400 to 420 nm in case containing Ag, respectively.
