METHOD FOR EXTRACTING MEDICINAL PLANT COMPONENT WITH ACIDIC MINERAL WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting medicinal effective components of medicinal plants containing acids comprising dipping the individual medicinal herb plants holding the medicinal effective components in acidic water prepared by adjusting the acidity concentration of mineral water containing germanium, potassium, magnesium, selenium, etc., with acetic acid, citric acid, malic acid, succinic acid, etc.;SOLUTION: This method for extracting an acid-containing clear extract liquid containing the medicinal effective components is obtained by dipping a medicinal herb holding the medicinal effective components in the mineral water liquid with an adjusted acidity concentration, extracting the medicinal effective components and further passing the extract through an ultrafiltration membrane (UF membrane) and removing insoluble substances.
