PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a judgment system for termination of treatment of contaminant of a toxic substance that judges whether the toxic substance remains in a treatment material that contaminant material contaminated with the toxic substance is decontaminated with cleaning treatment. PSOLUTION: The judgment system for the termination of the treatment of the contaminant of the toxic substance that judges the treated material 13 conforms to a residual treatment standard or not, after treating a contaminated material 11 of the toxic substance contaminated with the toxic substance with a decontamination treating means 12 for the toxic substance. The system comprises a judgment vessel 15 where the toxic substance remaining in the treated material 13 after the termination of the treatment is dissolved in a judgment liquid 14 and an analyzing means 16 measuring the concentration of the toxic substance in the judgment liquid 14.
