METHOD OF INSTALLING REACTOR CONTAINER AND DEFORMATION PREVENTING FIXTURE FOR THIN STEEL PLATE LINER

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the physical quantity of material to be used in final installation for temporary members, and to reduce the work for removing the temporary members. PSOLUTION: A final-installation deformation preventing fixture 23 formed as a part of a pipe whip structure 12 as a finally-installed member is manufactured, a joining member 24 is attached to the final-installation deformation preventing fixture 23, and a thin steel plate liner 11 is attached to the joining member 24. After the thin steel plate liner 11 is mounted on an inner wall face of a reactor container 2, the joining member 24 is removed. By applying the part of the deformation preventing fixture 25 of the thin steel plate liner 11 as the member of the pipe whip structure 12, the work for removing the deformation preventing fixture for the temporary member, can be reduced, and the quantity of material to be used can be also reduced.
