PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a circuit board by which the peeling of an anisotropically conductive adhesion film in a temporary pressure contact state can be prevented without using a buffer material, to provide a liquid crystal display device provided with the connection structure, and to provide a mounting method of the liquid crystal display device.;SOLUTION: When a connection board 4 is connected via the anisotropically conductive adhesion film 20 to a flexible board 5 connected to a terminal part of one substrate which is a constituent of a liquid crystal panel, adhesion auxiliary members 17 of the same material and nearly the same height as those of internal wirings or a plurality of connection terminals 4b are provided between terminal groups consisting of the connection terminals 4b of a coating resin removing part 14 provided in the vicinity of the end part of the connection board 4, the steps of the coating resin removing part are relaxed by the adhesion auxiliary members 17, the anisotropically conductive adhesion film is uniformly fixed over the entire coating resin removing part when the anisotropically conductive adhesion film 20 is in a temporary pressure contact state and the peeling and the breakage of the anisotropically conductive adhesion film between the terminal groups is prevented to enhance the connection reliability.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
