PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance, in a remote learning system, the learning effect of a student by photographing the face of a teacher or the student more appropriately than in the conventional practice.;SOLUTION: The remote education system is constituted of a teacher's display device displaying the picture of the student's face for the teacher, a teacher's video camera installed above the teacher's display device, a students display device 3b displaying the pictures of the teacher's face and other student's faces for the student, and a student's video camera 3e installed above the student's display device 3b. On the student's display device 3b, a picture HG2 for the student with a teacher's face picture window 71 of the teacher's face picture and a teaching material window 73 of the teaching materials to be used in a lesson arranged above student's picture windows 72A-72E of face pictures of each student is displayed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
