PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the management load on the user side and the provider side caused by the version-up of 3D chat.;SOLUTION: A system is provided with an automatic update server 1 independent of a 3D chat system. A difference file creation means of the automatic update server 1 creates a difference file by optimizing files only necessary for update in accordance with the generation difference information calculated based on the existing version information transmitted from a client terminal 3 at start up time, and transmits the difference file to the client terminal 3.
