PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and simply evaluate change in physical characteristics due to the long-term deterioration of a cement-based material.;SOLUTION: According to the relationship between the dissolution behavior of a cement hydrate and the advection diffusion of a dissolution constituent, change in the quality of the cement hydrate and change in pore diameter distribution are evaluated, thus evaluating the prediction of the chemical characteristics of deterioration cement such as sorption properties and a diffusion coefficient, and mechanical characteristics such as a water penetration coefficient and mechanical strength. As the verification of the prediction, a column is filled with the grinding object of the cement-based material, and a solution is poured into the column at a fixed speed of water in passage. The amount of constituent of the solution where the water in passage is made to the cement material, and change in the mineral composition of the cement- based material after the water in passage are evaluated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
