PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhibitor capable of inhibiting a non-particular hybridization with increasing accuracy of a reaction at the time of hybridization, a clinical examination solution, and a clinical examination method which inhibits the non-particular hybridization in clinical examination and detect a nuclei acid related substance to be measured easily and with high precision.;SOLUTION: An inhibitor and a clinical examination solution have a hydrophilic radical in molecules, and contain a polymer (H) having non- particular hybridization inhibiting function of weight average molecular mass 1,000 to 5,000,000. A clinical examination method contains a step of bringing a specimen into contact with the examination solution to be hybridized to a predetermined nuclei acid associated substance in the presence of the inhibitor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
