CONTENTS SETTING SYSTEM, PREMIUM SETTING SYSTEM, AND PREMIUM COLLECTION SYSTEM FOR AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile insurance premium setting system which can appropriately set a premium amount according to driving states of an insurant's automobile. ;SOLUTION: According to an application for automobile insurance that the insurant makes by specifying object items and compensation contents of the insurance, a basic premium which is impartially determined by the compensation contents of the insurance is calculated and the insurant is request to present his or her driving capability; and an additional premium is calculated according to the driving capability that the insurant presents and the basic premium and additional premium are summed up and collected as a payment premium. Driving capability points when the insurant drives violating the presented contents on the basis of the driving capability that the insurant presets in advance and safety driving points when an action violating previously presented safety driving standards is taken are calculated; and the charge corresponding to reduction points obtained by summing up the driving capability points and safety driving points is integrated as an additional premium and the settlement is carried out when the insurance expires.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
