PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new mechanism by which a debtor repays his(her) dept prior to the term of redemption, and to provide a method and a system for accurately and efficiently implementing the mechanism. ;SOLUTION: Included are a data input step for inputting data regarding the debt whose period of repayment to the creditor is determined by using a computer, a recording step for recording the data inputted at the data input step in the computer or a recording means connected to the computer, and a decision step for making the computer automatically decide whether the trust that the creditor is regarded as the beneficiary begins to be set according to the fund that the debtor contributes before the term of the repayment expires according to the data on the debt recorded in the recording means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
