PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-retentive filler for water-permeable asphalt pavement capable of giving water retention to a water-permeable asphalt pavement and showing earth color as the whole to provide excellent coordination with the scenery, and a water-permeable asphalt pavement filled with it.;SOLUTION: This water retentive filler for water-permeable asphalt pavement comprises a mixture containing paper making sludge incineration fly ash and a solidifying agent for solidifying it, and is filled in voids of a water-permeable asphalt pavement by pouring the aqueous slurry of the mixture onto the pavement surface. The water-retentive filler may comprise an aggregates. This water-permeable asphalt pavement is obtained by pouring the aqueous slurry of the water-retentive filler for water-permeable asphalt pavement to the surface of an asphalt pavement and filling it into voids of the asphalt pavement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
