PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation stimulating iNOS enzyme inducing immunoreactive NO synthesis, and to provide a method for producing the preparation. SOLUTION: This preparation which has a different functional element from the existing chitosan concept, is produced by the following procedure: chitin/ chitosan as naturally-occurring biopolymer material is subjected to ultrasonic decomposition treatment in a salt (NaCl) solution, and then to decomposition treatment with lysozyme, washing with ethanol, followed by ion exchange treatment to produce water-soluble -glucosaminecellulose which is then nanocoated with an immune protein to effect its binding thereto. The method for producing the preparation is provided.
