PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional food for preventing and/or treating dysmenorrhea, exhibiting effects on the prophylaxis and therapy of the dysmenorrhea. SOLUTION: This functional food for preventing and/or treating the dysmenorrhea contains whey minerals, a condensate of whey proteins, an ultrafiltrated condensate of skimmed milk, milk fat, milk sugar, vitamins and iron in the composition of table 1 wherein the weight is a value per 100 g. The contents of the whey minerals are shown by the composition of table 2.
