PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance system which also utilizes maintenance companies repairing automobiles which exist all over the country to dispatch service-men who repair machines for engineering works and construction in a short time and to raise the rate of operation of the machines when the machines for engineering works and construction are broken-down.;SOLUTION: In this system, a selling company which sells machines for engineering works and construction, customers who buy machines for engineering works and construction from the selling company and insurance companies or maintenance companies are connected by network, and a customer transmits to the nearest maintenance company broken-down information of a machine for engineering works and construction which the customer possesses and working-location information of the machine for engineering works and construction through the selling company or the insurance company or directly, and requests the dispatch of a service-man.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
