PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acquisition-case management system that manages acquisition cases relating to acquisitions in accordance with acquisition-case management items and assists identifying the acquisition cases relating to lost articles to which searches are made and also automatically identifies searchers to be the right persons to claim the lost articles.;SOLUTION: The acquisition-case management system searches the acquisition cases using a user type 354 whose item use 305 is for the condition for searching, and displays a search-result list using a color 351 and shape 352 whose item uses 305 are for the search-result list, and then judges the conformity concerning the acquisition cases selected from the search-result list by using an amount of taken-in money 353, other taken-in articles 355, flaws and strains 356 whose item uses 305 are for the judgment of the conformity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
