PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the financial affairs of a company to a healthy state by the issue of credits called as 'permanent credits' of which return period is extended until liquidation of the company and to protect member's playing right.;SOLUTION: In a monetary credit issuing method for revising deposits and issuing the revised deposits from a trustee group to depositors, the return period of the deposits with a time limit is changed when a debtor group of revised monetary credits is dissolved, each deposit is divided into a plurality of monetary credits consisting of specific amounts and a monetary credit consisting of a fractional credit and respective monetary credits are calculated and issued so that the total number of monetary credits consisting of the specific amount is a previously determined number or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
